Materials List: Here's All the Supplies You'll Need

Materials list:

Need To Have:

- Set of Gouache Paints (ie. Reeves 12 Colour Set)

But watercolour will also work fine. If you don't want to go out and get new supplies, but already have acrylic paints, that will also work. But watercolour and acrylics will not be the same opaque or matte texture as gouache paints.

(Colours Needed: White, Yellow, Brilliant Red, Ultramarine, Green, Yellow Ochre, Burnt Sienna, and Black)

Optional Additional Colours for skintone: Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache Tube, Flesh Tint + Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache Tube, Naples Yellow

- Paper: Watercolour Paper (ie. Cass Art Watercolour Smooth Hot Press Pad 300gsm)

Or in a pinch, A4 computer paper or any white cardboard paper will do (non shiny)

- Paint Palette or Plastic Plate

- Pencil (HB and mechanical)

- Brush: two sizes. I like size #2 and #4

- Cup for Water

- Paper Towel

- Reference photo of who you wanna draw

Nice To Have:

- Laptop with Adobe Photoshop (or use the website: https://pixlr.com/e/ which is a free alternative to Photoshop with a similar layout)

- Scanner or Smart Phone with camera

- Not needed for this class but I like to use my Wacom Tablet when I work on the computer or use an iPad with Procreate and Apple Pencil
